how can i join kog?

hello, as u can see im not italian and u might be thinking how i got ur forum.. well, i used to play in v5 and always liked ur way of playing and how do yall act with each other and others. im from portugal, i have 19 yo and im a working student
so im applying with: i dont have a good acc, i started from zero.i usually just play snooker, i play for fun but i enjoy joining tournaments and stuff.
